The product I want to order is sold out, what now?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is sold out. The product will automatically be back in stock when we have received new stock. The product description states an expected date when the product will be back in stock.

Why can't I order via Afterpay?
Afterpay tests the customer on various points. It is therefore possible that you will not pass this test and that your order will be canceled. In this case, call Afterpay and ask why you cannot place this order. You can reach Afterpay customer service at: +31207230270.

How can I exchange or return an order / product?
If you want to exchange / return a product, you can send us an e-mail. On our website under the heading exchange or return you can find our return form. Print it out and fill it in as completely as possible. Send this to us together with the return shipment. Send us an email with your registration of the return shipment, this way we can process your shipment z.s.m. You can then send the package back to us, with sufficient postage.

What payment options are there?
You can pay with us in the following ways: iDeal, Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Bancontact.

Can we ship abroad?
We also send orders abroad. Shipping costs vary per country.

What is the delivery time?
Bestellingen die maandag t/m vrijdag voor 17:00 uur worden gedaan zullen dezelfde dag of de dag daarna bij ons worden ingepakt en verzonden. Bestellingen die vanaf vrijdag 17:00 uur t/m maandag 17:00 uur worden gedaan zullen maandag worden ingepakt en verzonden. In Nederland en België zal het pakket normaal gesproken de volgende dag worden bezorgd.
